Back in early May I was invited to photograph Hive’s spring showcase event! It was a beautiful, hot day and it was finally starting to feel like spring with the leaves just beginning to emerge and flowers barely blooming. Hive consists of two large airstream trailers that have been outfitted into bars with a little lounge spot on the end. Happy February everyone! For a few weeks I had plans to shoot something for Valentine’s Day, but didn’t want to do do the typical cliche couple photos..so I decided to shoot a “Galentines” Party (Parks & Rec fans know the term) or you could call it a girls night. Valentine’s can be about celebrating your significant other, but it can also be about celebrating the people you love too…like your friends and family etc… I have some incredible friends who are always there to help
