A little over a month ago I was doing a lot of brainstorming, thanks to my bosses at my internship, and came up with the idea to do a little lifestyle shoot with people outside and making food and hot drinks with people laughing and having fun outside. I am currently trying to work on doing more lifestyle shoots with food to involve a more human element and feeling into the photographs. While I still have a lot to work on when it comes to this, I think I did pretty well and we all had a lot of fun doing it despite the cold weather. I’m learning a lot by doing this, and that’s the whole point. My pictures and idea may not have gone the exact way I had planned, but it’s important to work through and realize what could have been done different and what I can work on for next time. Big shout out to my friends and family who helped me put this day together. I definitely took on a bit too much at once but it was fantastic to see how my friends were willing to get together and help me in any way they could. I’m really grateful to have people like that in my life (offering them food and booze probably helps ;) ). The following photos are from the day.
